Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and securely packed in its original Linärie packaging including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the appliance from your location or provide you with a prepaid shipping label for smaller items.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the unit; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
